These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Meal Plans & Ordering
FreshKitchen Meals is a meal prep service that offers pre-portioned, ready-to-eat meals delivered across Singapore. Our meals are designed to support healthy lifestyles and may include a range of dietary options such as balanced, low-carb, and vegetarian plans
Ordering Deadlines: Orders must be placed and paid for by Friday 12 PM. This allows us to prepare your meals with the freshest ingredients.
Menu Selection: Menu options are available weekly. You may select your meals based on your plan, or opt for our chef-curated selection.
Subscription Plans: If you choose a subscription plan, it will auto-renew unless you pause, cancel, or make changes before the next billing cycle.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Area: We currently deliver to most locations across mainland Singapore. We do not deliver to offshore islands or restricted zones.
Delivery Window: Deliveries are made within the time slot you selected daily. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.
Failed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery and access instructions are not provided, meals may be left at your door. We are not responsible for lost or spoiled meals after delivery.
4. STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
Our meals are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
Each meal includes a "Eat by" date. For optimal freshness and food safety, please follow all storage and reheating instructions on the packaging.
5. PAYMENT & BILLING
All payments are made securely online via our payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital payment methods
Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST, where applicable.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable (except under certain conditions stated below).
6. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to your meal plan (pause, cancel, reschedule) must be made by Thursday 9pm.
We reserve the right to reject cancellations or changes submitted past the cut-off time.
In the rare event we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund
7. REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds are generally not provided for delivered meals.
If you experience a quality or service issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement meal or credit at our discretion.
Subscription plan refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, less any meals already delivered
8. ALLERGIES & NUTRITION
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens (including but not limited to dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, gluten, and shellfish).
Nutritional information provided is based on estimates and should not be considered a substitute for professional dietary advice
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and recipes, is the property of Salad Stop Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

FreshKitchen Meals shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, allergic reactions, or inaccurate nutritional content.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
