SUBSCRIPTION
1. Do the meals come fresh or frozen? Where are they prepared?
Our meals are delivered fresh and chilled, not frozen. They are prepared using only the freshest ingredients in our own Central Kitchen in the West. This gives us full control over our meals, from the sourcing all the way to the delivery.
2. What kind of meal plans do you offer?
We currently offer:
a. Balanced: High-protein meals with a mix of lean meats, wholesome carbs, and veggies.
b. Low-Carb: No starches, extra vegetables — great for weight management.
c. Vegetarian: Plant-based meals packed with protein-rich ingredients like legumes and grains.
d. Custom: For you to create your personalized plan with meals from all menus.
3. How do you make sure your nutritional information is accurate?
We work with a nutritionist and built an in-house tool to ensure that we are the most accurate we can be.
Our macros are calculated using macro nutrients on raw ingredients in our customized macro calculator. Our macro data comes from the USDA FoodData Central.
We also weigh the different components of each meal before we craft it to make sure any human errors are flagged and addressed on the spot.

STORAGE & REHEATING
Our meals are delivered fresh and chilled, not frozen. They are prepared using only the freshest ingredients in our own Central Kitchen in the West. This gives us full control over our meals, from the sourcing all the way to the delivery.
2. How do I heat up my meals?
Our meals come in microwave-safe containers, so you can easily heat them up in the microwave. You can also use a steamer or a stove. Please refer to the heating instructions on the meal label for guidance as some meals may have special instructions for sides and seasonings.
3. How long can I store my meals? What is the shelf life of your meals?
Our meals are delivered fresh and can be stored in your refrigerator.
They are designed to be consumed on the day of the delivery (or the next day if you select Evening delivery), but you can safely store them in your fridge for a couple of days. Please refer to the "Eat by" date on the meal label for guidance and most accurate date for freshness.
4. Can I freeze my meals?
Yes, you can freeze them, but our meals are delivered fresh and are not designed to be frozen, as the quality may affect the food taste and nutritional values.
If you need to freeze your meals, we recommend transferring them to a container that can be properly closed as our containers are made of natural material and are not the best to freeze (they may develop crystal ice).
When you're ready to eat, slowly thaw the container in your fridge for at least 24 hours.
5. How are my meals packaged?
Once an ingredient is cooked, it goes straight to a blast chiller to quickly lower the temperature between 0 and 5 degrees. This quick decrease in temperature is to make sure the meals stay fresh for a few days. Once all the ingredients for a meal are below 5 degrees, our packing team weigh each ingredient one by one and pack your meal. Once the meals are packed, they are sent to you using Food Grade Thermal bags with ice packs to ensure a proper cold chain. Our meals are packaged in BPA-free, microwave-safe and eco-friendly containers. We use high-quality packaging to ensure that your food stays fresh during transit.
6. How is the packaging of your meals environmentally friendly? Is your packaging recyclable?
We use BPA-free, microwave-safe and eco-friendly containers to ensure that your food stays fresh during transit.
Our packaging is made of recyclable materials.
The container is compostable, and the lid can be recycled. Our biodegradable containers are from a leading US company that provides microwavable containers to many businesses in the US, Europe and Asia.
It is approved by the FDA in the US and the SFA in Singapore to be safe to use in the microwave.
The containers from our supplier are certified home compostable to Australian AS5810 standards, and to receive this certification, you must prove that no organic fluorinated chemicals, such as perfluorinated and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS) have been added to the material or product.
PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CHANGES
1. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made securely online via our payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital payment methods.
2. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause, cancel, or reschedule deliveries from your account dashboard. Just make sure to do it before Thursday 9pm.
3. Do you offer refunds?
As meals are made fresh to order, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is FreshKitchen Meals?
FreshKitchen Meals is a personalized nutrition company that delivers ready-to-eat food that is customized for diet, taste and lifestyle. We serve the Singaporean population who have chosen to eat specific diets for their health.
Cut off times are every Friday at 12pm for One Off Plan & Thursday at 9pm for Auto Renewal Subscription Plan.
1. Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled daily. We do not freeze meals to ensure maximum taste and texture. Just reheat and enjoy! We are committed to promoting transparency in our sourcing and process, and prioritizing sustainability.

4. Are you Halal--certified?
While we operate a no pork / no lard kitchen and all raw ingredients are sourced from halal-certified suppliers, our central kitchen is not halal certified.
A few of our meals might contain Wine, Mirin, etc… so if this is not suitable you can simply remove this dish and replace it with another one.
MEAL PLANS & ORDERING
Simply visit our website, select your preferred plan, and choose the number of meals per day and how many weeks. You can then pick your meals from the weekly menu or let our chefs decide for you.

Yes! You’ll have the option to pick your meals each week. If you don’t select before the cut-off time, we’ll curate your menu based on your plan.
3. Can I customize a dish to accommodate my allergies and food preferences?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do customization meals as our kitchen cooks in bulk. Kindly look through the ingredient list and select your meals with the +/- or swap button before making payment should you have any food restrictions/food allergy.
4. What is the order deadline?
The cut-off time for placing or changing orders is 12pm on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following week.
5. Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, before Friday 12pm you can edit any of your order selection.
If you need to make changes to your order after the cut-off, please email FreskKitchen Meals customer service as soon as possible at contact@freshkitchenmeals.sg.
6. What if I missed the cut-off?
If you missed the cut-off time, you could send an email to contact@freshkitchenmeals.sg to check if there are any extra portions of the meal(s) you would like. FreshKitchen Meals team will do their best to accommodate you.
1. How does your service work?
DELIVERY
Our minimum order is 5 days consecutively Monday to Friday and we reserved the right to apply extra delivery charges on special requests. We deliver island-wide across Singapore, excluding restricted areas (e.g., offshore islands, military zones).
We deliver the day's meal on one trip and daily
Monday – Friday (7am – 9am or 9am – 12pm) Sunday - Thursday (6pm – 9pm)
Please refrigerate upon delivery and reheat before consumption.
Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Delivery timings can be affected by a variety of factors & locations, including the route taken and the number of stops and deliveries along the way.
a. If the delivery agent is unable to contact you upon arrival at your delivery address, grace period not more than 10 mins.
b. It's crucial to provide accurate contact details for delivery purposes. If an incorrect delivery address or phone number leads to an unsuccessful delivery, we regret that we cannot provide a refund.
2. Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
Not necessarily. If no one is home, your meals will be left at your door or designated drop-off spot. Please ensure it's safe and shaded — we are not responsible for meals left unattended.
We encourage you to leave a cooler box outside your unit if you are unable to receive the delivery personally. Please inform us, and we'll provide the necessary instructions to the delivery driver.
3. Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. From the link in the SMS you will have the option to track your delivery.
4. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is included in your meal plan pricing. There are no additional charges unless otherwise stated.
